We ship to the United States.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50. Standard shipping rates are $6.00 on orders less than $50.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the information to populate on the shipper’s website.
SHIPPING REGIONS
We ship to the United States, including APO and U.S. post office boxes. Canada: To request shipping to Canada, please contact us at: Hello@MurielCrusoe.com and we will provide a quote for shipping your items to Canada.
SHIPPING CARRIER
Orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). If you need to expedite an order, please contact us at Hello@MurielCrusoe.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request for an additional fee, based on USPS rates.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to the state of Illinois.
SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS
Shipments that encounter exceptions such as delivery exceptions due to incorrect address or parcel returned can be reshipped at the customer’s expense. If a shipment is lost in transit, damaged or delivered without contents, we will cover the replacement and shipping: refunds will not be granted.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Beat the Christmas rush, order early. We always experience heavy order volume during the Christmas season. Please make sure your packages arrive on-time by placing your Christmas order before December 15.
