We want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive. And we also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer. To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns; however we do offer refunds if you are not satisfied with the product.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email at info (AT) shopatsoap (DOT) com within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged product.
Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card or Paypal account used at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund. If in the rare instance the product needs to be returned, you should send it to: S.O.A.P., 332 S Michigan Ave., Ste 1032 - S258, Chicago, IL 60604-4434. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
